- 2 small avocados
- 1 large tomato
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon table sugar
- 8 slices bread

Peel the avocados, dice them and place in a mixing bowl.
Slice the tomato into very thin slices and add to the avocado in the mixing bowl.
Add in vinegar, vegetable oil, and sugar and mix everything together well.
Use a spoon to scoop out the avocat salad and sandwich between two slices of bread. Serve and enjoy.
