Avocat Salad

Avocat salad is a tangy yet delectable avocado salad, the perfect vegan/vegetarian sandwich filling.

Equipment

  • 1 Wooden chopping board

Ingredients

  • 2 small avocados
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon table sugar
  • 8 slices bread

Instructions

  • Peel the avocados, dice them and place in a mixing bowl.
  • Slice the tomato into very thin slices and add to the avocado in the mixing bowl.
  • Add in vinegar, vegetable oil, and sugar and mix everything together well.
  • Use a spoon to scoop out the avocat salad and sandwich between two slices of bread. Serve and enjoy.
