- 40 small Green grapes
- 4 ounces Cheddar cheese

Dice the cheese on a chopping board using a knife. (If you bought already diced cheese, then skip this step).
Bring in some toothpicks and start stacking the brochettes; one grape and one diced cheese per toothpick (stick in the grapes first, then the cheese).
Place each brochette on a tray, pan or your desired serving dish. Serve immediately or chill and serve later.
